My father was an electrical engineer, my brother also followed me into mechanical engineering profession, my wife is an embedded engineer and now i have a daughter who is too enthusiastic about mechanical engineering

More about myself

My focus is on manufacturing engineering, with a specific emphasis on tool technology. He also advises tooling businesses on reforming and enhancing their capabilities to translate from judgmental to obvious decision-making or acomplish intrensic success. I have proven expertise on value-enhancement strategies surrounding plastic injection mould, die and tool development, performance measurement and scorecards, valuations, business planning, organization structure. Having worked with diverse business cultures in both developed and emerging economies of Asia, Europe & America, draw on my broad experience in the management of complex change programs. I have widely traveled across the globe like Singapore, USA, Japan, Malaysia, China, etc., and currently live in Bangalore City.

My professional affiliation to 15 prestigious bodies including Indian Statistical Institute, Institution of Engineers India, etc.. Having delivered over 25 seminars / lecturers, completed 17 research projects and published 15 research papers. Having decades of pragmatic expertise, extensive management knowledge in Technology, Processes and manufacturing operations. Had the distinction of establishing multiple engineering functions & enabling a World Class facilities, Hi-Tech Global Tooling facilities (green field project), has extensively involved in Technology Development, evaluation and selection, Joint Venture discussions related to numerous platforms.

Muralidhar is a techno commercial expert, he has earned Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from R V College of Engineering, Masters in Marketing Management from Pondicherry University, Master of Technology in Tool Engineering from Veshweshwariah Technological University and Master of Philosophy in Management from Allagappa University, Post Grad Certification in Statistical Quality Control from Indian Statistical Institute in addition to various diplomas.
