Brief Description

I was born in small town Kunda located in Pratapgarh U.P and i did my schooling from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Allahabad U.P, It was my first achievement of my life as selection procedure for this is much difficult yet i was able to clear. Even since i was teenager i used to think about inventions because of this thinking. I was able to create a model which was national selected when i was in 9th class , After my schooling i finished B.E from RGPV bhopal and started my career as Software Developer . Currently i am working in Wipro Technology Bangalore , I am working as Sr. Software Engineer My main role is related with development in Microsoft Technologies mainly i am working with ASP.NET,C#,SQL SERVER,SILVERLIGHT,WCF,WPF and SHAREPOINT. I have total 3 Year 4 Month Experience in IT sector after my education, but i can,t say that after my education because in IT world each day is some new learning and Education can start again any time, without up-gradation it is very difficult to survive in this industry. Sometime i used to lead and guide to freshers for making them comfortable for their business unit for giving them better understanding about their unit and projects running there.

Challenges in job

Sometime solving unexpected error is little challenging but anyway we used to solve it. While leading team in which most of them are fresher is very big challenge .

Job made easy

Our regular learning and upgrading our self in technologies as well as experience made me very comfortable.

Upcoming Trend

New technologies can be game changing because now a days each day there is something new to learn and upgrade our self but in case u will not upgrade and u will not do multi skilling u will can not survive in industry for very long time.

My point of view

Yes from my opinion we should start focusing on that now we are mainly focusing on services because using this we can easily generate money but more R&D will make us self dependent for long time.

My goal

In next five year i want to learn all main technologies used in industry and i also want to make me comfortable with management so that i can lead .

family background

Yes, My Father is businessman and my mother is housewife i have one younger brother he is preparing for CAT , I belongs to a medium family. My mother and Father is loving in nature i am blessed that i have such kind of family , My wife also loves me very much and she is caring in nature i have 6 month old daughter and this is best gift which god has given to me and for this i am thankful for my Wife.

Advice to professionals

my advice is everyone who is starting their career in IT to learn as much as possible for their domain also multiskill themselves and always be ready for new technologies do not waste time use it every minutes is very important and be ready for all kind of challenges initial days it is little difficult slowly they will be comfortable with corporate they should take is as challenge and do not afraid of any kind of problem or challenge because nothing is impossible and everyone starts from scratch.

Advice to college students

I will advice them to make them self dependent by learning and upgrading on various technology and improving their personality they should not completely focus on percentage and degree from first year on wards they should start soft skilling and learning technology from first day of college they should not totally depend on faculty they should try to learn from various resources until they will not enjoy this learning face they can not achieve big goal now a days placement in MNC is getting a big challenge but they can get good company and good package if they will prepare themselves from first day of college.
