I am working as Sr. Executive - R&D in Siemens Ltd., I am responsible for New design & development activities i.e. from raw concept to Design, development drawings, prototyping, prototype testing, manufacturing drawings, final product.

Also responsible for implementation of quality system in R&D dept.

1. I have worked in team of Development of world's first 1200kV High Voltage SF6 Circuit Breaker.

The Decisions That Matter

After My BTech. in Mechanical Engineering, I got job as GTE which would be converted to Production Engineer/Supervisor. As I already decided that I will be in field of Mechanical Design & Development, so I did not join that job, and join the PG Diploma in CAD/CAE, in Pune. Although salary is very less, later I got job as CAD Engineer & continue is same field.

by planning professional & personal work proactively, with some margin for some unknown urgent issues. But planning doesn't work every time.

Advice For New Professionals:

Please make your basics of core area strong. If your basics are clear, than only you can go to advance things to achieve more.

Now I want to add PG (ME/MTech.) in Mechanical Design in my. career, which most suit to my job also.
