Brief description about me
Hello, I,m Mohammed Farhan Hussain from Bangalore, an MBA graduate specialized in Marketing and Hr. As mentioned i was working with Azad Ispat India Pvt Ltd (Steel Manufacturing Plant). My Designation was Sales and Marketing Manager and my role was basically exploring new markets, development and appointing new dealers, channel sales maintenance, crunching sales numbers, competence mapping, and increasing market share, advertising etc. 2+ years after education. I had a team of 6 assisting me.

Challenges in job
Sales and Marketing has been my passion since long time. Every day is a new challenge and new things to learn. Growing trends in market leads to more competition keeping ourself updated with par to the technology is most challenging. Keeping customers delighted is the biggest challenge. It has helped me a lot personally and professionally both. This improves my self confidence and self esteem and helps me achieve my long term goals.

Job made easy
There is no shortcut to success this is what i believe. I believe "Do what you love and love what you do" rest every thing becomes easier.

Upcoming Trends
Availability of natural resources i:e minerals, ores, water, power etc.
Prospective towards India technical developments
Every individual is bothered about his/her own development rather i would suggest to think on a broader perspective. E.g, Short term loss is better than loosing long term benefit. We get inspired by Western culture and trends. Technocrats can re write history provided if all 5 fingers become 1. The problem is every 1 wants to go to heaven but nobody wants to die.
My goal
I have couple of goals in minds which i would be achieving it step by step.
 1) To establish and create my own identity in the market.
 2) To be a trend setter in the market.
3) To capture new markets.
4) Grow the company and size of employees..
5) long term plan down the line 10 years to issue IPO and make the company public and listed.

family background
My family includes m father who is a businessman, mother-housewife, wife-housewife, 2 younger brothers and 1 sister who is studying.
Advice to professinals
May it be any field very important is to have dreams and goals. Be consistent and perform efficiently with patience you will be a winner. A successful person is 1 who builds his home with the stones thrown by others.
Advice to students
Work harder party harder this is what i would suggest them. Never compromise with your studies and at the same time life in the college days.
