Comes from a middle class family. having three kids, Wife is a teacher , First Daughter is Doctor 2nd daughter is perusing her CA,Son is doing his engg.

Role Model:

My role model is my wife who normally talks about a life where every thing is possible if there is a will.

The Journey So Far:

Started the carrier as a trainee engineer with LPS LTD. Rohtak and rose to a level of Vice President Operations in a span of 28years. It was the result of lot of sincere efforts and initiatives.Today if some one running a rubber industry doesn't knows me , means he is not in this industry.

Career Profile:

Current role is basically like owning a company and helping the corporate to grow with vast experience of 30 years plus.
From tool room to design to customer care to marketing to plant productions to process to operations every thing was different but was success full journey.

Growth Strategy:

Keep attending lot of seminars, training s in other words keep on sharpening the axe. Keep my self update with the current scenario, spend lot of time on books.Give lot of lectures to the team and is the leader of vision team of the group from last three years

Plans For The Future:

At the fag end of the carrier I may be considered as consultant for operation in lean manufacturing or TPM by many companies as I am 54 now

Changes In The Professional Environment:

A lot, we never had a defined PMS in the past but now we enjoy working more as we have set and defined targets, assessment is much easier against the goals and targets. Accountability exists.

to not to flow with the stream. Perform in your way with your new learnings and create your own stream.

Life exists with work and the work exists with life.
Priority in this corporate word is always work which makes you to make life always comfortable.
