Brief description

I am a software professional from last 2 and half year and works in iGate Computer System Ltd,Mumbai as Application Developer.Basically i am working Industrial Automation domain.

Challenges in job

As a fresher i was not aware about actual analysing the customer requirement and implemention for the same.I took lots of effort to learning those new things and develop accordingly.Now,handling challenge able assignments and moto is to put maximum effort so that we can give good productivity.

Job made easy

Actually, nothing is easy in this world. This job have given me a good face and i learned so many thing under this umbrella.i just want to say that, nothing is difficult,if we doesn't aware of technology but we can catch it by willness and efforts.

Upcoming trends

I am always keep track on new technologies in the market.Nowadays,millions of peoples are going with smartphone applications.So, i am focusing on mobile application development.

My point of view

Its not fact that india can not produce single tech product, it can be. but our india's talent always prefer providing service rather than self motivated work. India's people also tech product like antivirous "QuickHeal" by Mr. Katkar who is CEO of company located in Pune.I would like to say that now things are changing in some part and people are taking intrest in innovations.in my company also there are several good innovations happened which can reduce the cost of application with better reliability and it is done by indian peoples only.

My goals

In next 5 years i want to see myself proficient with technogies on which that i works today along with project management activites.it will good if i get the chance to learn new things/technologies.

family background

Basically, i am from a village side. My father is farmer . i think this is ok ,to understand the situation.

This field is dynamic and we have to flexible always. Finally your efforts will be counted.If you are ok with taking efforts and learning and development then no problem.

Advice to college students

I just would like to say that struggle is expected.Here are so many peoples who can share their experience with you but this is totally on you how to prepare ourself suitable for IT industry.
