Presently working with Luxor International P. LTD. As Sr. Engineer Injection Molding (Since September 2006.) total Experience is above 10.6 year in similar field

•Execution of production activities & planning, Production planning including raw materials, Process setting fully control over process parameters on molding machine, Quality assurance
•Reporting to Head Of the Department . As per MIS norms •Watch over the production process and coming up with a production schedule, Sketch out a timescale for the work. Recognize training needs on the Shop floor.
•Responsible for the maintenance and selection of the tools & equipment’s.
•Supervise the production processes and regulate schedules as per requirement.
•Evaluate the performance of the people working In The Line (down the line )
•Keeping the team motivated. managing Over 300 people Team
•Figuring out the estimate material and human resources that will be needed for production
•Implementing the organizations goals and policies along with the managers as well in the team lead
•Set up healthy and safe guidelines and make sure they are followed stringently.
• To make sure that the services and goods are made efficiently and also ensure that the quantity, quality and Delivery on Right Time with the assurance production is cost effective.

in the plastics industry now days there are a lots of challenges to sustain in the market, such as cost Management And Qualities of the products & Services . because plastics about 90% involved in our Daily lives. From - morning tooth brush to good night sleeping cushion (pillow) all are the made from plastics so competition is towering. it's very hard to sustain in the market with out innovation's and technology up gradation as well lots of Opportunities also in the market like cost reduction Programs, multi cavity tooling, Hot Runner Moulds, QMCs, Six Sigma activities, Bio Degradable / eco friendly polymers (plastics) usages and so on.
Thing that made my job easier

I agree with the Question because of India is having excellent artistic peoples as well technology. like Tata Motors , HCL computers, Khadi Gram Udhyog and so many others are every year delivering the number's of products and services to the world. thousand's talented engineers architect & doctors putting the affords in innovation's & researches and India is leading supplier of It products and services to the world nothing is wrong instead of our political system that should get tuned.
