Important decision

One of the most important decisions in my life to travel to all way long to the Kashmir Valley to pursue my graduation in Engineering from the NIT Srinagar, Kashmir. My family was worried buy i had a strong determination to succeed. I will never forgot the love and respect i got from my colleagues at NIT Srinagar, Kashmir

Qualities needed to become a successful leader

1. Speak up: If you don't reaise your voice; none will listen you and you won't be a leader.
2. Never Hesitate: Hesitation kills the opportunity.
3. Patience: The people are not there to sit down and listen to you, you need to have patience to make them sit and listen to you.
4. Hard work and dedications are key to the success of the leader

Thoughts on Education system of our country

The Education sytem is PERFECT at NIT/RECs and other reputed Govt Institutions. I have never studied in Private colleges and would not like to comment.
The only thing we lack is just the good governance and implementation of the plans set up by the government bodies like UGC/AICTE/MHRD etc.

Initiative to develop a country

The professional when join a company think that they are now the well paid professional and this situation will continue forever. They fail to realize that to maintain your status in corporate world and to grow up the ladder they need to improve their skills continuously.

Couple of years from now

I see myself as the Consultant on the roll of various MNCs on Contracts Management issues and solving disputes as an Arbitrator in Dispute Adjudication Boards (DAB) panels.

Degree that I recommend

Well I have already earned degrees in Engineering, Finance and Law; however I would certainly go now for the short term certifications like IPRs etc.

My role model

Dr Manmohan Singh is my Role Model; even if not being into the active politics he reached to the height of being Prime Minister!!

My Wife is an M.Tech in E&C and is a Professor; I am blessed with a daughter studying is in Nursery classes.

Mr Manmohan Singh, the Prime minister of India has influenced my life a lot. He is such a learned person difficult to find. He kept himself away from any kind of controversies and even the rebels of him swear of his honesty.
