Advice For New Professionals:
I feel it is very important that we pass on a very positive energy and share a very flexible bond within the team a midst all the turmoil. We should not be pressurised and pressurise others with loads of assignments.In lieu, we should generate a very comfy ambience to invite open opinion from all
The Decisions That Matter
Honestly,I have been very easy with what came in my way since now.I,even now,try to maintain a balance between my family and my career.But then also the most important decision till now would be to join my POST GRADUATE in PR which I felt would be a boost to my communication and coordination skill

I see myself working as a shining person in the Corporate Communication and Public Relation field in the next few years in a reputed organisation.
Done Differently:
I am planning to start it afresh as I had to take a sabbatical from my career after I became a mother. I thought, its my primary duty to concentrate on my new born and his needs over every thing else. But now he is going to school and I am looking to start my career all over again
Degrees That Matter:
I have done a Post Graduate Diploma in PR. I wish to enrol myself in some instrumental course on Communications in future so that I can make myself even more worthy
Prized Accomplishment(s):
To be honest, I dont think I could do anything so purposeful to make myself proud. But I am positive that I have that positive vibe to make myself and others proud of me. Fingers Crossed!!!
Required Reading:
You can be a regular visitor in Linkedin, even Facebook is sharing a huge arena for professionals, stick to Beknown which is a collaboration of FB and MonsterIndia. About the Publication, one can go through the professional books published by McGraw Hill Pub.
The Journey So Far:
I cannot say I have been a part of a huge corporate sector. I have worked with very small unit and settlements but I got to meet big and successful people. I have learnt a lot of tit bits of office administration and coordination. I believe, though not so adventurous, my journey has been positive
Role Model:
The woman who inspires me most is Shobhaa Dey. I think she is a fabulous lady and she literally proved that her words are mightier than sword.I love her opinionated views and her articulation; and she definitely epitomises that a woman can beat thousand men even in this male dominated society.
Other Thoughts:
I am looking for a career desperately at present. If you have one for me in the Corp Comm and PR field (preferred location in Kolkata, please please please let me know.
