Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
My father is a retired Bank Manager SBI, and mother a housewife. I’m the eldest of their two children.
Tech trends to watch out for
I am keenly looking into Agile and Cloud technologies and trends like crowd testing, Risk Based testing and Exploratory testing ways. These Trends are emerging ways of doing testing in fast continuos changing requirements.

I start my day with identifying the priorities, then Start by evaluating my relationship to work. Then apply specific strategies to help me strike a healthier balance.

Most Important Decisions
I started my career as a developers, lecturer but then after investing around 1 yr i found my abilities towards perfection and quality and now for the last 8 yrs i m in testing and now handling a team of test engineers, automation people, process analysts.
Plans for the Future
I am eagerly looking to move to VP Quality Engineering position in next 5 yrs and would like to setup my own IT company. Also have dreams to open food chain across india atleast.... I m foody actually :)

•Be truthful and patient.
•Do not compromise on learning, give it more importance than Salary. Not that you should compromise much on Salary
•Take criticism on your work as feedbacks to improve.
•Give more importance to what the end user of the product wants, he is after all the one who will pay

Points of inflection
We live in an age in which the pace of technological change is pulsating ever faster, causing waves that spread outward toward all areas. This increased rate of change will have an impact on you, no matter what you do for a living. This will bring new competition from new ways of doing things.
Essential Advice
If you have aptitude for quality and perfection and zeal to outshine and ready to do extra hard work only then join testing.
Parting thoughts
My advice to all techologiest : Always be down to earth in your behaviour and open to learn new things even if the person is junior.
Also whether you are working for big giant or small company respect your work and quality and not brand. Bcoz knowledge is supreme and make you independent, success
