To concentrate on site / ground work for atleast 10-12 years, Keep updated with modern Technologies.Be sincere to your organisation's policies & procedure but not necessarily to any inidividual. Practice keeping the information secret. In your own defence do not hesitate to speak lie to superiors

Post retirement job (not necessarily of Pulp & Paper Industry) - full time, part time, retainership or assignment basis
Role Model:
No single role model - some feature were excellent in executives I came in contact - but I do not find any one to be perfact. Therefore I have to make my own role model

Although by qualification I am a pulp & paper technology person, but by experience / skill I can match to any type of industry in any area.
