Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

My Dad-Philip John is working with HAL as a senior manager in Helicopetor division, he was born and Brought up in Kerala,Muvattapuzha, Mom-Suma Philip is a home maker,i have two brothers,one is My twin Brother-Anu Philip-he is an Animator plus gone do MBA,elder bro-Manu Philip-Engineer

Growth Strategy:

Team support, giving ideas, making sure that everything is done in a right way,giving oppurtunity for each and every member of a team,basically planning, Having paitence , which is most important.
