I have been inspired by some good number of people based on various qualities... been inspired to be disciplined and be a thought process leader was Bill Gates .

Its pretty challenging and it needs to be well balanced ensuring that you don't give the edge to other on the same time in your progress, if ain a situation you need to be smart and swapping the same to balance it

Making job easier

I used to be more of a facilitator and ensuring that the right ecosystem exists for achieving success in what ever I involved. Consistent performance can be achieved if there is a constant motivation and getting them to be excited , If you have the right mix and been given to you that's the driving force....it keeps going for me
