My family background

I am froma mediocre bengali family, with a strong cultural background, most of the members have established them selves in different spheres of ACademics, Administartional Services and literature.We are open minded, strongly beleive in the power and independence of women.

I beleive to be a servant leader leading from front, beleive both IQ and EQ of its employee.

My strongest skill

over 7 years of on hand experience in molecular biology techniques,e.g. qRT PCR, Microarray, Genomics and Proteomics. Expertise in technology dissimination, regarding stewardship and legal aspects of trasngenics research, IPR issues.

Brief description about me

I am molecular biologist by profession and passion. A part time reader with a strong cultural background in dance , music and literature. A poet and elocution and an ardent reader of history and fictions. An open minded person believes in equity of human being and excellence that is achieved through struggle and moral ethics.

More about myself

Obtained a number of publications in peer reviewed journals. Presented abstracts in a number of international conferences. Attended a number of workshops in structural biology, Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), molecular modelling.Received a number of awards for academic excellence. A part from academics, won a number of national awards in Debate, Extempore , Quiz and Dramatics.

Important lesson learned

Beleive in yourself, sometimes you have to ride against the tide.

Be true to yourself, committed to your own work, make space for others too. Believe in a strong moral values, and maintain responsibilities to be an honest and just citizen.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

Education should be for all, atleast the primary education should be mandatory and free. Education can only be fulfilled with required moral values, not believing in rat races but to achieve your goals in a slow and steady way , keeping your ethics intact.Educational degrees should only be got through excellence not with capitation fees.

My achievements

I am from a moderate incomed family, struggled a lot once for fulfilling the basic amenities of life. But our strong moral values keep me bonded and focused toward my goals. My strong academics background helps me to achieve a great job, and a strong cultural background helped me to be a complete woman, I can think freely, in an unbiased way.A feel the completeness within.
