Brief description about me
I work at Barclays Technology Centre India at Pune as Business Analyst. I was hired in the FLD programme and I have held different positions in IT Infrastructure management. I have over 2 years of professional experience in the industry.

Challenges in job
Developing a customer focus is a challenge. It will definitely be a big factor when I embark for my own venture.

Job made easy
Patience to listen to other's perspective.

Upcoming Trends
I definite game changer is emergence of Big Data. The other could be strengthening of Open Source movement encouraging companies to move to newer models of operations.

My view towards India technical developments
Well as a society we frown on someone who tries something different and so has remained the IT industry. And the other factor is rating experience over talent. The most important link in the chain, the developer, is not the most coveted one.

My goal
I am in the process of setting up a Big Analytics firm which will provide a platform for enterprises to run analytics on demand and at ease and that too in a very cost efficient way. The capability to run on very large data sets in few seconds will give insights hitherto not explored.
Advice to professionals
Think before you do anything. Always question the status quo.

Advice to college students
Open up to experiences. Talk to as many people as you can. Build relationships and try to understand others perspective. Probably, you are not going to meet such a diverse group in near future.
