Initiative to develop a country
New age professionals should come up with innovative business ideas breaking the boundary of traditional thinking. India is a young country with more than 60 percent of its population being below the age of 35. This young pool of talent has a huge potential and skill-sets to take India to the heights of success. If Mark Zuckerberg can become a billionaire at the age of 25 with a new business thought, why not our young professionals. All we need to have courage, faith on ourselves and innovative business ideas that will transform yours as well as others' lives.
Qualities needed to become a successful leader
Many people believe, "Leaders are born, not created. They carry those qualities from childhood and show-up from time to time." I agree to this thought marginally as sometimes you can groom a person to become a leader. A leader always shows the courage to take ownership of their actions. If they make any mistake, they admit without showing up any ego. A leader guides the crowd to take a direction. They believe in what they do or can do. Those who dream high keeping their feet on the ground can become successful leaders.
Ensuring success
On professional front, I am constantly learning new tools and techniques to keep me updated with all the latest technological advancements in the field of marketing communications and digital media research. On personal front, I always try to learn from my mistakes and ensure I do not repeat the same again.

Thoughts on Education system of our country
The current education system in India is still very conventional. The lawmakers should think of a very open-minded education system in India that gives the students enough room to think and take their career decisions rationally. Vocational and career-oriented education will encourage the students to be focused in one direction right from the beginning.
My role model
My role model is my father who had done everything on his own in his life. He is a self-sufficient person who inspired me right from my childhood will inspire me till my last breath.
