The 1st priority is to understand the reason as to why the said grievance occurred. Once that clarity is received then discussion can be conducted with the employee to attain a solution.
My views on India Technical development
Our education system lays more emphasis on Theoretical knowledge. We need more technical institutes that impart real time technical trainings. Corporates too should take the initiatives of sponsoring such institutes so that crunch of funds do not happen.
