Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
I come from a Gujrati family married to a SouthIndian. My inlaws are Ex govt employee. My Hubby is a Freelancer in Real-estate. I have Son who is 5ys old and I am very much bought up in mumbai.

Plans For The Future:
Stable in my career and well settle down. Life is very unpredictable hence i dnot wanna say where will i be but i want people to remember me as a person and my work should speak volume.
Other Thoughts:
Not much my company has given me my space and area to explore more within me. I encourage people to have alteast an exposure to MNC company. It changes the way you look at it. My positive attitude and Family has been my maxim strength to get over the office stress.
Role Model:
My Mother:Who never get tired despite of been so much stress around and she carries all those problem with such a grace that it never existed.Hence my mother has been my inspiration for all good upbringing and morals been given to us. Secondly Life is the biggest Role model which play in you life.

Nothing changed only the number of employee have increased. The more people around you tend to get more updated from them.
The Decisions That Matter
I have worked in all area in my entire career but it was in 2005 when i had mad a decision of taking a role of Executive Assistant despite of not done any course in that area which has ultimately taken my career on High.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
Nothing much in particular but yeah my ex-boss do give their employee my example of handling work and pressure in a very easy manner. Which they still lack at it.
The Journey So Far:
Very challenging and yet exciting at each level.The people in corporate world are very fake frankly and they dn't teach you how to handle failure..its all within you how to survive in this RAT race.
Done Differently:
Given an opportunity on that i would have better polished my skills with some career council and course. To get more productive and exposure to Corporate world and culture
Working Life Management:
Time management. Which we need to balance and ensure that your priorities at work and personal are sorted out. Once all that is done there shall be no back logs of work and you can easily give time to your personal and professional life.And more imp is your Work and home distance which also matters
Degrees That Matter:
Shorthand and Executive Secretarial course which will as an add on for my career.
