marketing is important just like a crow who is searching water to quench his thrust,it is a backbone for any organizational success. without marketing plan success of any organization can not be defined. My thought "nothing is the best to better marketing plan for better portfolio of any company"

Future prospect

presently working with org.as a marketing executive i would like to follow my hierarchy level so with this org. i would like to my self with in three year as a marketing manager.

Motivating

as a marketing head i should know my team mates perfectly so that to motivate them these are the things which i would like to do.
always give respect them, encourage them for their work effort,involve into them and communicate them,tell them challenges and learn them for overcome from it.

Importance of Marketing

the participation of any marketing person in the organization is just like sugar needed for sharbat. for me my role is too much important for my organization because i am also a particle of sugar for my organization. my involvement for the every task towards organization success is very important.

Competitiveness

if we talk about the competive world my thought says only this "all market changes over period of time & even a strong brand name need to be focus and refocus more than once" this is only because of "speed of thoughts and speedy technology"

Motivating Factor

in My opinion the motivating factor to achieve success in career are inspiration in authority, your dedication towards task, belief in yourself, passion to act on task, and self discipline are important.

As I have already said that even a brand need to be focus and refocus over of the time period.for any org. brand is important because "JO DIKhTA HAI VO BIKTA HAI" this is the actual concept.people are sensitive they make image easily in their mind to particular one so branding is important.
