Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
I am a Namma Bengaluru Boy. I did all my schooling, graduation and PG from Bangalore. My father works for a central government enterprise, mother is a retired house make, wife is also working with me in Thomson Reuters and blessed with two angels one aged 3.5 yrs and the other with 3.5 months.
Plans For The Future:
I would like to see myself as a Lead Business Analyst who would be a single point of contact for all the projects in the my company for the Thomson Reuters Financial and Risk vertical.

Growth Strategy:
I always ensure that I do some little learning for the day. The moment anybody stops learning he/she is dead. As a human being you need to have a crave for learning something new. I basically kept myself abreast by attend local chapter meetings, attending all the symposiums and workshops.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
Ohh! This is been a key enhancer for me to keep learning as my manager and the team always vouches me for innovative thinking.
The Decisions That Matter
Being a BA is a techno functional role and one needs to learn both technology and business domain. I love to take up the Individual contributor roles. During the steps of success, I forgo-ed TL, Specialist and Managerial roles.
Other Thoughts:
What ever you have learnt during your career, if you share them with the budding or junior staff, you will also learn with them and you would be a trend setter or a benchmark in the industry.
Done Differently:
I would first be a technology focused student and then a business domain guy.
Working Life Management:
I would like to thanks my company Thomson Reuters to ensure that my family life is not affected due to the ups and downs of the work. I have been bestowed that I can work from home as an when I require.
Career Profile:
My current responsibilities is to ensure that the artifacts that are produced by the business domain SME are on par with the industry standards and can be consumed by the technology/development folks for developing. My another vital role is to mentor all the budding BA's in my team and company.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
Being a single point of contact for all the software requirements in Bangalore for all the customers around the globe.
