Brief description about me

Myself Aliasger Kiranawala, I am working at RnF technologies Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore. I started as a software developer in Java Technology and then added some other skills of project management to my grades. I started to interact with client, getting their requirements and conveying the same to team. My task is to meet project completion within deadline. I completed 2 years in this field. Apart from management I am looking into office operations and public relations. My major skills is still coding part which I am doing simultaneously.

Challenges in job

Most challenging part is the kind of innovative requirement we accept from clients and eager to work to fulfill it. I experienced some ultimate challenging tasks here. Mantra is to keep learning as technology changes everyday. Being an expert of something and taking challenges makes this job awesome.

Job made easy

Initially I was very humiliated by the time I spent in completion of things, then I realize if we start any thing with plan and finish it with plan then we are sure to achieve those within timelines. I think every work requires passion and patience both.

My point of view

We are lacking in Manufacturing minds. Major companies have to support it and we should as a single research unit have to start on product building. There should not be any competition and every body in India have to use that. Then only world market use to take interest in that.

My goal

Goals are simple - Leading and progress for the work I am interested in, problem comes and I am ready to find out solutions for that. Ambition is to be a successful business man.

Family background

I am from Shajapur (central Madhya Pradesh). My father is a kirana merchant. Mother housewife. Have to younger siblings one is pursuing BBA and other one in school.

Advice to professionals

I am not that much experienced to give an advise but I would suggest that do not say no to any task. Always except it and with dedication try looking into it. If it fails at least you come up with an experience of whats can't be done.

Advice to students

Always think out of box, college will provide theoretical knowledge but we need to prepare ourselves for practicals. Start thinking and searching how industry works.
