We are into E-Governance and ITeS projects now, right from picking a project, implementation to completion of the project needs close supervision and direction for team to perform,
Working Life Management:
Work with focus "Less is more" is key line, but never forget to spend quality time with wife, children and parents. Routine working per day is restricted to 4-6hrs, yes there are times when one has to work for 12-16hrs a day, but then get more time to spend with family on weekends.

Yes basic degrees are always important to initiate career, as one need to prove his/her mental capability, but once you in field the more important factor is : RESULTS

Rebuilding of career from scratch... during late nineties we have to shut down our Industry every thing was finished.. but then restarted ....to create, to value, to family
