when i decided to get into recruitments was in a dilema however wanted to take up a challenge and a experiment diffrent career as I am a people's person like to observe ppk and generally outgoing, managed to do maximum closures and was competing with those professionals who have been in the field

Degrees That Matter:
well i am not an MBA , but yes if one can have an MBA or masters in HR would be beneficial but then again dosen;t really matters , Recruitments is all about good communication skills and targets, so if one is agressive and at the same time is good at relationship building then this is the profession

in short, Lot of research on companies board of directors , mapping, getting an insight of organisation's structure, talking to candidates and client
Role Model:
mm there are many i take inspiration from everyone around may be including my domestic maid or driver. ofcourse my Mother is my Role Model

The best decision i have ever made is that i chose Consulting as my career , and i love my job, so wat i realised it late but better late than never

Focus , don'T FOLLOW A RAT RACE , I realised it late but i feel this genration is quite clear on what they want :)
