My brief description

My self an Mechanical Engineer and MBA in International Business Management, Having 18years plus experience in the construction Industry . Presently Working with a construction company AL ASAB EST. (A group involved in Construction works for OIL AND GAS ,Infrastructure , Trading ,Catering etc) holding the key position of Director Operations leading to a team of 2000 people.

Challenges in job

Well in construction every morning is new beginning ,there will be problems at every minuet expected ,but when you can foresee and have a calculation for Risk based on your experience and discussed with the team members about tentative solution with at least one back plan ,you are paying safe with calculated certainty .This helps not only professionally to see till possible far end of business and its growth calculations ,as well personally also to manage the home, own professional carrier and its requirement.

Job made easy

Keep it simple ,less complicated . easy and untestable communication ,faith in myself and in my team members . Honesty towards yourself and others. Must be good human being . Every this is very easy.
