Myself Tanushree Bose, 29 yrs old.
I had completed my graduation from IGNOU along with a Diploma Course from NIIT.
I am having 6+ yrs exps. in Background Verification Company. Currently working with a BGC as a Team Leader.

Nowadays Corporate world is same for men as well as women.If a person is doing well in his or her duties then he or she must get the same reward. So as per me the Corporate World is same for men as well as women. Its Rocking!!!

Managing:

Somtimes it quite difficult to manage both the professional and personal life at the same time, so always try to finish my office task at time and give the proper time for Household things. Though I always appreciate my In-laws and my husband who always understand me and my profession and help me.

Well I think nowadays our Corporate World is same for both women and men and the dominative nature is also reducing day by day.

Current job Description:

Handling Client which actually provides me a better exposure to the corporate world. Earlier I was doing backoffice work which was quite interesting and I really enjoyed my work. But yes, my present profile is much more interesting than earlier one.
