I ensure that I have a varied experience, so I ensure that I excel in what I am doing and growth will follow with excellence. I keep myself abreast of the market and what runs in the market as it gets you to where you want to go. Open to KNOW,DUE DILIGENCE, Stay Committed,COMPETE,EXCEL - follow the cycle and you know where you going. A SWOT analysis at regular intervals helps me to know my stand and strategize. there I Go...management guru thoughts :-).

Couple of years from now

I am sure people have their goals - short and long. so do I. I see myself as a successful top management individual. On a lighter note I sometimes think "isn't it funny that we say I want to see myself somewhere in couple of years, when I actually don't know what I am going to do tomorrow or where I am going to be." :-)

Yes, certainly....NLP master practitioner certification etc....I hold a double PG, want to hold a PHd certificate (still want to go to college).

My family background

A well knitted family. Father-in-law- retired deputy commissioner- income tax department, Mom-in-law- housewife, Husband- Businessman.
MOM- Housewife, Two Older Brothers- Businessmen, Sister-In-Law's- Housewives. I thank god for blessing me with a lovely family that stood by me in think n thin and supported me all the time.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

the education system has definitely improved. when I look back to how it was some years ago and compare with what it is right now, I am amazed with the kind of progression. learning today is more than just mere question and answers. I am sure we are progressing to a better education system day by day. I appreciate each and every person contributing to it.

My role model

there are couple of people in my life who make what I am today- Dayyala Krishna- my friends uncle who comes from a small village, first engineer of the village and today is playing a vital role in a top notch company. An inspiring person and has achieved success. His never die attitude inspires me a lot. My-Father-in-Law- a well read man, today too he reads at the age of 80 and Is ready to catch up with the trend and keeps himself abreast of todays business. His spirit and living life to the fullest keeps me motivated.

I have worked with the best of the companies in the industry- GE, HSBC, SATYAM, BOA, DELL.I have been a highly motivated and committed individual, I believe that learning is continuous - no matter what, where you are. If you stop learning, it means you are dead. So I live up to my thought! I am an energy pill and love to guide people that I know to the best of my knowledge....I still remember one of my besties giving me a compass stating that I am good at directing people to the right direction..:-) I love art, reading, clubbing in free time.
