A Fine Balance:
It's tough, I myself try my best to achieve it. Make sure you enjoy your weekends. Every idea regarding office that comes into your mind during that time, you note it down and move on, instead of dwelling on that issue. And prioritizing your tasks is the first step you need to achieve to manage it.
Parting thoughts
I am in the management side of the company now..
Most Important Decisions
I started as a Systems Analyst instead of a developer or a tester which I believe was one of the bast decisions I've took as it helped me get knowledge on the business side at a very early stage in my career. Did my MBA and now me being a Business Analyst completes the first milestone.
Role Model
There are so many out there, can't name one. Anyone who stays humble even when they have immense power or wealth is a role model to me. Humbleness and God fearing have become very hard to find nowadays
Most Important Lessons
Aim for the highest, never compromise, if given a task do it to the best of your ability. If higher management is making a mistake, tell them they are. Have confidence at all times. Walk with a purpose, every action you do, analyze it and see whether it is the best way to spend your time or not.
