Done Differently:

I'm happy with my career now , but if I would be given a chance to start my career again then I will be more keen to know about the programming technique and new technologies in computer science and I like to attend civil service exam again.

Advice For New Professionals:

They should love and be happy with their work they are doing and improve their skill set periodically.

The Decisions That Matter

I started my career as a IT lecturer, I was attending the civil service exam too before entering the IT industry.

Growth Strategy:

As a leader I would like to follow the Thornton's 3-Cs leadership model by keeping a balanced relationship among the three 3-Cs of leadership by presenting a challenge, building confidence and providing coaching. I feel a leader laugh,cry, walk with his team and stand like a light house to encourage.

Degrees That Matter:

I would like to do the executive MBA degree and ISTQB certificates for better perspective of my career.

Career Profile:

I was working as a team leader for my project and I really took the challenge to win the team. It is quite different to work as a independent team player and with a team as a team leader.

Plans For The Future:

I would like to see myself as a successful project manager.

Role Model:

I love the lecture and leadership of Swami Vivekananda for his inspiring and awakening coaching,taking a challenge to coach the modern youth of not only India but also the whole world.

Working Life Management:

I follow the PCS(i.e planning, commitment and smart work ) rule to manage my work life balance.

Changes In The Professional Environment:

I feel along with the change and improvement of technology, the work environment is degrading.Life is becoming very mechanical with crazy diplomacy., Sometimes the real hard work is ignored by this dirty politics.

So far in the corporate world I am around 7 years old.

I am proud of as a good team player and good team leader. I tried to provide good service to the customer at the customer place, as well as in offshore. Moreover I like to see myself as a good human being in my point of view across time.

Around 12 years experience of which about 7 Years of Software testing experience in the area of Black box and White box including Unit testing in various domains like Banking, Security and Insurance and 5 years of Lecturer experience in IT subjects. Worked as team player, team leader and as a CL.
