10. Chris Cox, Head of Product

Cox is Facebook’s only real home-grown management star. After graduating from Stanford, he joined Facebook in 2005 and worked on products such as News Feed. At one point, he was promoted to be in charge of Facebook’s human resources. Cox often appears at Facebook events to talk about the human impact of Facebook’s products. He is in fact Cox the heart and soul of Facebook's product efforts.

11. Lori Goler, VP of Human Resources

Lori joined Facebook following five years at eBay as General Manager of the eBay Stores business. Lori was a founding member of the executive team at babystyle.com and has also worked at The Walt Disney Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University, a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School and a master’s degree in public policy from the Kennedy School of Government.

12. Eric Antonow, Product Marketing

Before joining Facebook, Antonow worked in product marketing at Google on the Chrome browser and related products. Early in his career, he worked at Giant Step, one of the coolest interactive agencies around.
