In 1999, the company had publicized its iBook laptop on the website. iBooks were the line of laptop computers sold from 1999 to 2006 which were targeted at the entry level consumer and education markets. The designs were introduced during its time, the first one was known as the clamshell and had the design inspired by the Apple’s popular iMAC at the time.

Two years later, the second generation had a complete new form factor in favor of a more conventional, rectangular design. In October 2003, a third model was released which had a PowerPC G4 chip and a slot-loading drive. Later in 2006, the company replaced the iBook range with the MacBook. Another change that was noted in the 2000, was the addition of a navigation bar at the top of the website which helped the viewers of the website to get to what they want perfectly.

In 2001, Apple changed the color of the Apple logo to blue which was initially red in color which gradually changed to silver in 2002. In 2005, when the new iPod was released Apple’s trend of presenting all its new and trendy gadgets in the front and center of the homepage continued.
