The drama started when Third Point, a Yahoo shareholder accused Yahoo Chief Scott Thompson of faking his resume. Everything went so fast from then. He was forced to step down, followed his revelation to the board members about his thyroid cancer and later, Yahoo’s decision not to pay him the severance package.
