8 Companies with Worst Customer Service

#6. American Airlines

American Airlines is a major U.S. airline headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. It operates an extensive international and domestic network, with scheduled flights throughout North America, the Caribbean, South America, Europe, and Asia.

The airline has an unacceptable rate of delays, missed connecting flights, cancellations that is caused primarily by their failure to schedule appropriately and with poor customer service. Now that they have merged with U.S. Airways, hope to see good changes and better customer service in the future.

#7.Dish Network

It is an American, direct-broadcast satellite service provider, Dish Network’s customers have now and then lost access to several popular channels because of the company's disputes with content providers. Controversial contract negotiations with Disney put more than 14 million Dish subscribers in danger of losing access to ESPN and other popular channels.

Consumer uncertainty about Dish Network’s services may have contributed to more than one in five survey respondents describing their experience with the satellite TV provider as poor. Despite poor perceptions of service, Dish’s TV subscriber count remained effectively unchanged in 2013. In both 2012 and 2013, 24/7 Wall St. labeled Dish Network as America’s worst company to work for.

#8. Sprint

Sprint, a United States telecommunications holding company, provides wireless services and is a major global Internet carrier. Recently, the company was fined $7.5 million for failing to honor customer requests and continuing to deliver unwanted marketing calls and texts. More than one in five participants rated the company’s service as poor. In an attempt to improve the company’s position, Sprint is currently expected to merge with T-Mobile.
