#8 Prasad Thrikutam

Prasad Thrikutam heads the Energy, Utilities, Communications and Services (ECS) industry group, a global organization with 19,000 employees and more than US$ 1.4 billion in annual revenues. A member of the Executive Council, Prasad also serves on the Board of Infosys China.

Prasad joined Infosys in 1995 as a Regional Head of Business Development in the U.S. From 2004 to 2008, he led the Hi-Tech and Discrete Manufacturing unit (HTDM). In 2008, he took on the leadership of the Energy, Utilities & Services (EUS) unit.

Thrikutam's total compensation during the fiscal year 2012-13 stood at $650615.

#7 Chandrasekar Kakal

Chandrasekar Kakal is the Senior Vice President, Global Head of Business IT Services and Member, Executive Council, at Infosys.

In his current leadership role, Kakal is responsible for the company's application development, maintenance, testing, and infrastructure management services worldwide. Operating out of a global network of delivery centers, the organization comprises 60,000 employees serving clients across the vertical industry spectrum.

Kakal joined Infosys in 1999 as one of the leaders of the company’s Enterprise Solutions (ES) service unit, playing an instrumental role in the company’s entry into the package implementation and related services market. In the process, he established partnerships with SAP, Oracle, Sterling Commerce, TIBCO, and other enterprise solutions vendors.

Kakal also saw a massive fall of 40 percent in his total compensation during the FY2012-13 touching $268,933, against $444,768 he recieved in FY2011-12.
