#9 Nandita Gurjar

Nandita Gurjar is the Senior Vice President, Group Head of Education and Research and Member, Executive Council at Infosys.

She joined Infosys in 1999 and founded the Learning and Development unit to implement learning and training effectiveness while also setting benchmarks for growth and development. Her venture into the world of Human Resources began when she was appointed as Head of HR at Infosys BPO where she was instrumental in scaling up the HR department as the business grew to US$ 250 million with 16,000 employees.

Prior to her current role as Group Head of Education and Research, Nandita was the Group Head of Infosys Human Resources. Managing over 150,000 employees, she focused on making Infosys the preferred choice of global talent. She led the Infosys human resource strategy and its global footprint.

Her total compensation during the fiscal year 2012-13 stood at $579983.
