#6 B.G. Srinivas

B.G. Srinivas is the Member of the Board and Head of Europe and Global Head of Financial Services & Insurance at Infosys. He joined Infosys in 1999 and has served in a number of leadership roles. Prior to his current role, he was the Head of Europe and Global Head of Manufacturing, Engineering Services, and Enterprise Mobility.

As the Head of Europe since 2004, BG is responsible for business operations and growth in the region and for ensuring both client and employee satisfaction. Under his leadership, the region was characterized by market expansion, new service offerings and new client acquisitions.

In 2007, BG was appointed the Head of the company's Manufacturing and Product Development and Engineering units. Following the consolidation and reorganization of industry groups, he was responsible for the worldwide manufacturing sector, which represents more than 20 percent of the total service line revenues.

Srinivas' total compensation during the fiscal year 2012-13 stood at $869035. His compensation too witnessed a fall of 27 per cent approximately during the year.
