Mishap: Sheen unintentionally became just another victim by having his personal phoned number tweeted while what he intended was to send a private message to Justine Bieber that carries his number.

Lesson: In twitter if you intend to send a personal message you have to go to the message section and exclusively address the message to the right person you are trying to reach. This step is not necessary when you are replying to someone’s tweet with the reply button within the Twitter timeline. And to communicate private information, better use a more secure communication method.
