SRM-AP Ties Up with Callus to Fast-Track Global Career Pathways

SRM University-AP has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Callus Company, a rapidly growing South Korean HR and EdTech firm, to introduce its flagship SPRINT Program exclusively for SRM-AP students. The MoU was signed by Mr. Suk Ho (Juno) Yu, CEO of Callus Company, and Dr R. Prem Kumar, Registrar of SRM University-AP.
The two-year partnership aims to enhance student employability by providing access to international internships, exposure to global work environments, and opportunities to transition into paid roles. Callus Company, founded in 2022 and headquartered in South Korea, specializes in connecting early-career talent with companies worldwide through structured internships and remote hiring solutions. The company is rapidly expanding in India and Asia, with a goal to build a talent pool of 100,000 candidates by 2026.

Through this collaboration, SRM-AP students will benefit from Callus Company’s patented Sprint Program matching system, which aligns student skills and career goals with global internship opportunities. Key features include circulation of international internship openings, screening and interview coordination with companies, and a two-month extended assessment period where selected students may receive paid offers based on performance.
The agreement also grants SRM-AP priority access to exclusive internship projects, reinforcing the university’s commitment to providing global exposure and industry-ready skills. This partnership represents a major step in preparing SRM-AP students for international career opportunities in a competitive world.
