BigPanda is a data science platform for automating IT event correlation, which helps IT, NOC and DevOps teams to detect and resolve critical issues rapidly. The company assists IT teams to keep up with the explosion of scale and complexity in their data centers, by using data science algorithm-based platform to correlate massive amounts of daily IT alerts from fragmented clouds, applications, servers, and automatically turning them into actionable insights.

Funding/investors: About $9M overall, including $5.5M in Series A funding, led by Romulus Capital and including Salesforce Ventures, in November, 2015.

Cogito enables enterprises to increase individual and team performance by analyzing and interpreting human behavior in real-time. The company’s patented technology is the result of more than ten years’ scientific research conducted at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Media Lab and an additional seven years of applied research funded by some of the most prestigious academic and government organizations.
