NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore's incubation arm, has launched Campus Founders, a student entrepreneurship program meant to assist aspiring startup founders from colleges and recent graduates in turning their unique ideas into flourishing enterprises. The four-month program is designed to allow students to focus on their businesses while continuing their education.

Campus Founders is intended to be inviting to students from a variety of academic backgrounds. Participants will receive help in designing minimum viable products (MVP) and techniques for establishing product-market fit, whether they have startup ideas or functioning prototypes. They will get access to workshops, hands-on coaching, and the ability to meet with experienced entrepreneurs and industry experts who will provide guidance throughout their entrepreneurial journey over the course of four months.

This curriculum is specifically designed to support student entrepreneurs to realize their full potential, capitalize on opportunities, and flourish in the competitive and ever-changing startup landscape.

Milind M Manoj, CEO of PupilMesh, a prior NSRCEL cohort firm, offered insights from his experience as a student entrepreneur at NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore. "In 2018, I began my entrepreneurial journey with NSRCEL". As recent graduates with no prior business experience, NSRCEL gave us the exposure we needed to quickly grasp the foundations of running a firm. The resources of NSRCEL enabled us to interact with like-minded entrepreneurs and industry experts, allowing us to bring our solutions to market.

The Campus Founders program at NSRCEL provides aspiring entrepreneurs with the information and skills required to manage successful enterprises. Participants will have access to coaching to develop their business models, establish a proven income stream, create a growth-focused product roadmap, achieve product-market fit, explore funding options, and cultivate a loyal client base by the end of the program. Furthermore, the curriculum instills a sense of responsibility and resilience in participants, preparing them to establish and manage organizations for long-term growth.
