5. Hiring wrong people

An enterprise is not about its profit or its product as much as it is about its employees. Many entrepreneurs hire blindly just to fill the positions and start running the company. This is blatant folly. An entrepreneur must be most careful while choosing the first employees of the company as they have a huge role to play in structuring the company and in turn deciding its fate in the market.
