6. Not firing at the right time

Not firing the people you don’t want is as bad a mistake as hiring the wrong professionals. Having employees who provoke improper work culture and unhealthy environment is the most awful bane for any enterprise. They don’t just load up on the company expenditure but spoil the whole work force. An entrepreneur as a leader needs to be strong at these moments and deal with them in the right way, or probably fire them. Many entrepreneurs though do not act or delay in the cleaning and end up losing out on a lot of precious time and money, as well.
