There are many countries in the world which face the problem of poor education standards and impoverished schooling and educational facilities. America being one of the most developed and advanced nation has many worries for its future generation and the direction to wards which the countries kids are moving. The book fights for the cause to provide every child in America with the opportunity to attain an excellent education.

Solution

Commenting on the solution provided by the book Bill Murphy, the writer from Inc. says “Beg, borrow, cajole, and do everything but steal to scrounge resources and put together TFA, which now places more than 8,000 young teachers a year in some of the nation's most disadvantaged schools.”
