This draft also recommends encouraging Rs 100 crore plus companies to organize entrepreneurship awareness and orientation camps to encourage employees to setup their own ventures as their own vendors or suppliers.

It also requests the government to make a serious bid to reduce the time of starting a company from the present 29 days to two weeks.

It looks to strengthen venture capital firms in quasi-public sector such as Gujarat Venture Finance Ltd. or Andhra Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation, by infusing capital through equity participation.

It also looks to introduce ‘Give an Entrepreneurial Hour’ to encourage established entrepreneurs to commit at least one hour a month for promotion of entrepreneurship activities.
