Michael Dell, the youngest CEO to head the fortune 500 company also had a mentor, Lee Walker. Dell was a shy person and Walker took up the responsibility of getting him out of it. In 1986, Dell brought venture capitalist Lee Walker to the board of his company. Dell built up his confidence under the mentoring of Walker.
