Mentor: Steve Jobs and Michael Bloomberg

In an interview with Business week, Page was found saying that he looked up to Michael Bloomberg for the use of his bullpens, or large open areas with no walls of separation at office. Page learnt the lesson that, open communication and teamwork makes businesses more efficient from Bloomberg.

Jobs had advised Page to get rid of everything that didn’t work in Google and to focus much on things that made Google great. Page recalled “"Jobs had a lot of interesting insights about how to run a company and that was pretty much what we discussed"
