Hexaware Technologies has appointed Aditya Jayaraman as its new Country Head for India, strengthening its focus on enterprise and GCC expansion in one of its most strategic markets. Aditya will lead India-level strategy, market growth, and customer partnerships under Hexaware’s GCC 2.0 framework.
With over 25 years of experience, Aditya has built and scaled businesses across cloud, IT services, consulting, data, and AI/ML. His career spans global tech leaders and Bay Area SaaS startups. Most recently, he led AWS’s Hi-Tech vertical in North America, helping Fortune 1000 companies accelerate cloud and digital transformation. He has worked with more than 150 enterprises on modernization, data strategy, and AI adoption.
Aditya also co-founded a GenAI startup incubator and continues to mentor early-stage ventures on innovation and go-to-market strategies. Known for his outcome-driven approach, he prioritizes clarity in problem-solving and delivering measurable results.
