PM Modi yet again made headlines for paying a surprise visit to Pakistan for he views that Pakistan is route to bond with Afghanistan. He had been to Pakistan to meet his counterpart, Nawaz Sharif. This innovative decision of visiting Pakistan has initiated an improvement in the relationship with Pakistan which is presently running quite low. The event made headlines for it was the first time in a decade that an Indian Prime Minister had visited a rival nation. Although, it was a bold move by PM Modi, he faced criticism by the opposition.
