Top Aircrafts To Glint Up The Sky At Aero India 2015



BANGALORE: Aero India 2015 has rolled in and the spectators from all over the country are all set to appreciate those mid-air stunts putting up a great aerial show.

18th February has already come on the scene and aviation enthusiasts are ready for the Asia’s largest aerospace and defense exhibition. The show is expected to draw spectators to Yelahanka, Bengaluru from across the globe.

aero india 2015Aero India would set in motion after its inauguration by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is anticipated to reach Yelahanka Air Force Station on Wednesday.

The Indian Air Force with its stupendous and breathtaking Sarang aerobatic team along with other six aerial display teams are sewed up for the extravaganza.

The spectators would enjoy the delight of watching Breitling Aerobatic Aircraft from UK and Scandinavia, and aircraft from Sweden performing death-defying aerial acts.

The domestic aerial team would comprise of LCH, Tiger Moth, Rudra, Sukhoi and Dhruv while foreign military flyers like F-15C Eagle, Lockheed F-16C, Boeing KC-135, Boeing C-17, Rafale and Embraer EMB-145I would catch the eyes.

Light Combat Aircraft Tejas would also take to the sky performing acrobatic stunts. Apart from it foreign civil aircrafts PC-12 NG, Falcon 2000, Phenom 100E, Boeing B 75, Boeing A 75, Viking, Catwalk, WASP, RRJ 95, EMB 505, Bell 407 GX Helicopter, King Air 350 ER, 19-seater Turbo Prop AI Industry, Z Lin Z 50 LX, OmaSud Sky Car, Falcon 7 X and Dornier 228-New Gen would display aerial skills.

The demonstration would involve aerospace, defense and civil aviation along with sectors of defense construction and airport infrastructure.

This show would act as a stimulant for the ‘Make in India’ drive, according to Secretary G Mohan Kumar, Defence Production. “We want to set 'Make in India' as the major theme of the exhibition and see 'Make in India' progress in the defense sector also,” Kumar added.

The exhibition would witness 33 countries across the globe participating Aero India, amongst which U.S. races ahead with 64 companies putting up a display followed by France, UK, Russia, Israel and Germany.
