BENGALURU: India is a country where everyone has the greens to buy a fan or a cooler but doesn’t get electricity to run it, uninterrupted for a day (we are not talking about the Richie-riches of India). Booing and cheering localities can often be heard when electricity connection goes and comes respectively during a cricket match. You may have also witnessed many incessant hours of power outage and cursed the authorities as well (you haven’t? you must have!). We all know how important electricity is! Fueling Indian growth requires electricity to play a very important role. The country is on the fast trajectory of development but to keep the momentum of its growth high, availability of uninterrupted power supply is a must. Power Shortage doesn’t have a very glorious history in India as many households have to content with minimum or no electric supply.
