6 Key Decisions by Supreme Court to Check Delhi's Pollution



BENGALURU: The pollution levels high as Delhi air quality deteriorated all through 2015. Continuous diesel emissions, industrial dirt, construction filth and burning of farm wastes around the city stand as core contributors to this alarming Delhi pollution state.

The World Health Organisation found Delhi to be the most polluted city on earth.

Thus at the end of the year keeping air quality monitoring program records in consideration, the Supreme Court recommends solid measures to modify the environmental scene of the country capital.

After the 2001 CNG programme, this is another initiative to help the people of Delhi lead a better life.

Here is a list of the seven measures by the Supreme Court on the Delhi pollution issue that is expected to change the scene in near future, reports Economic Times.
